Now Is Time to Explore
I began taking watercolor classes at the Indianapolis Art Center while still working full-time and have fit in different courses and workshops when possible. Only more recently have I been able to dedicate consistent time to paint more than once or twice a week. What fun to not only develop my watercolor skills but try some pastel, oil and acrylic! Pieces of my work have been juried into Watercolor Society of Indiana (WSI) and Midwest Abstract Show exhibits. My paintings have earned recognition in the Indiana State Fair, and I was a winner in the Greater Greenwood Arts Council (GGAC)/Mallow Run Winery Label Competition. I am a Signature Member of the WSI, a board member of the GGAC and member of the Southside Art League.
